Pauline Venieris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UCLA and a Master’s in Sociology, Education, and Ethnic Studies from NYU. During her time at both institutions, Mrs. Venieres focused on racial inequality, gender studies, and specifically for her thesis, the impact of these issues on the immigration and assimilation processes.
Mrs. Venieris has co-taught 8 upper division classes on the topics of race, gender, and education at Cal State University, Northridge and UCLA with Dr. Rabow. She has earned various awards and scholarships for her work in social justice as well as published articles and manuals on her collaborative work. She recently finished the Marriage and Family Therapy program at USC’s Rossier School of Education and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program.
